Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are partnering with a rapidly growing Series B SaaS company in the HR tech space to find a Senior Product Designer. You will be joining as a foundational member of the design team, working closely with product management and engineering to shape the core user experience of their flagship platform.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States, offering a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence product strategy from day one.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for major product features, from initial discovery and research to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff.
• Collaborate directly with product managers to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish and scale the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all web and mobile touchpoints.
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate hypotheses and gather actionable feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or complex workflow applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving process, interaction design skills, and visual design aesthetic.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience building or contributing to comprehensive design systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
